Lisa Hunt is the Executive Director at Claremont Place Senior Living. Lisa comes to us with a background in marketing in the senior industry including assisted living. Prior to joining Claremont Place she acted as a hospice care representative for 3 years, Claremont Place being one of her communities. In the late 90’s Lisa became aware of assisted living options while touring various communities to find a home for her grandmother, this sparked her interest in the industry as providing excellent care to families became a personal mission. Since Lisa became acquainted with Claremont Place it has become her community of choice even before joining the team. Lisa lives in Ontario with her two children who attend high school and they keep her very busy during her off time!

Tricia Elliker is the Community Marketing Director and is responsible for helping people make Claremont Place their home. Prior to joining Claremont Place Tricia worked for an assisted living community in San Dimas for 11 years, prior to that she was a Marketing/Case Management in a skilled nursing facility. When Tricia was 10 years old she went to sing at a “nursing” home with her grade school and fell in love with all the residents, she realized that one day she would work with seniors! Tricia cannot imagine doing anything else, in Tricia’s words “where else can you work that you get hugs and kisses every single day?” In her free time she enjoys her horse and the loves of her life…her nephews.

Judith Jones is one of the two community marketing directors at Claremont Place Senior Living. She has worked in senior living for over 20 years at the community and regional level. She likes to say she “grew up in senior living” due to the fact she was exposed to the industry at an early age. Judith enjoys educating the community on senior living options as well as Claremont Place. Judith is a devoted wife and a proud Mom of twin boys. Judith lives by her Motto of “A Smile Can Change the World!”

Cathy Wentworth is the Assisted Living Director for Claremont Place and is responsible for all resident care. Prior to joining Claremont Place, Cathy worked in the skilled nursing and acute hospital setting. Cathy loves assisted living nursing and has many years of experience in this setting. She cannot imagine working anywhere else. In her free time Cathy enjoys water sports, the mountains and beach.

Brandy Sandoval is the Generations Program Director for residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. She has worked at Claremont Place in various capacities since 2001. For the past few years Brandy has found her calling in life as the Generations Program Director. Coming to work everyday and spending her day with the residents in Generations has enabled her to have a different outlook on life. She realizes how special life is and is determined to live each day along with the residents to the fullest. In her spare time Brandy enjoys spending time with her 4 children and going to swap meets and yard sales to find unique Betty Boop items.

Liz Gamboa is the Activities Director for Claremont Place and is responsible for creating and executing the exciting activity calendar. She has been working at Claremont Place since 2012. Liz began her career as the driver and Activities Assistant at Claremont Place then moved into the role of director. Liz is a sticker collecting, coffee drinking lovable Mom.

John Sailor is the Maintenance Director for Claremont Place. He has been working at the community since 2010. John really enjoys helping the residents by providing a safe, clean and well maintained property that residents can call home. He has over twelve years of home improvement/contracting experience and twenty plus years of management experience. In Johns free time he enjoys all sports, but water sports would have to be his favorite. John took up surfing and absolutely loves it.

Eileen Smith is the Business Office Director for Claremont Place. Prior to joining Claremont Place, Eileen worked for another local senior living community as the Business Office Director for five years. She is married with three sons. She loves spending her spare time with her family and friends, reading, shopping, watching her favorite TV shows, and cooking her family’s favorite dishes especially desserts.

Food Service Director, Scott Gordin is a talented chef with a background in management. He has worked in some of the local area fine dining establishments as well provided catering services for countless special events. His most recent position with the Senior Nutrition Program through the City of Fontana has provided him with the desired experience in senior menu planning with an emphasis on nutrition and dietary guidelines including sodium, sugar, and cholesterol restrictive menus. Scott does all of this while creating dishes that look, smell, and taste incredible! In his time away from the community and the kitchen, Scott can be found indulging his passions for gardening, surfing and playing guitar!

Joey has been hanging out at Claremont Place and enjoying the company of the residents and staff since the beginning 2012. His favorite part of the day is visiting Generations and getting treats from the residents and front desk. Joey was adopted by our Marketing Director Tricia when he was 5 months old and although he looks like a puppy, Joey is over 10 years old. Joey may act a little nervous when first meeting you, but loves being at Claremont Place and getting fussed over all day long. In Joey’s free time he enjoys going on walks, going to baseball games, playing with his best friend, Ryan and taking long naps.
