“I had been invited to several events at Claremont Place before making the decision to move in. I have never regretted my decision. Being a widow, I was very lonely living alone, especially in the evenings. Now I have a great network of friends and I truly enjoy the activities we do together. I love the excellent food and all of the opportunities to involve family and friends. I also love the fact that everything is provided; I no longer have to cook, clean, or make my bed; it is all done for me! What’s not to like?” – Lee, Current Resident

“I was amazed at the reception I was given when I first came to live here. It gave me such a good feeling. I was ready to sign up and make it my home. After living at Claremont Place for almost a year, I haven’t changed my mind. People here are not only nice and friendly; they are willing to help with any problem.” – Current Resident

“It was a hard decision to make…moving a parent out of his home. It took my dad some time to get adjusted but he is sure that he was not able to care for himself the way Claremont Place does. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way. As his daughter, my mind is at ease knowing he is safe and so well cared for” – Elaine, daughter of resident

“Thanks from the entire [B] family goes out to Claremont Place and its wonderful staff, for the care and security of our mother Phyllis. It is so nice to know that she is always safe and well cared for.” – Dennis

“When my father could no longer care for my mother, we knew that Claremont Place was the best facility for my mother to be placed. The transition went very smoothly. My father was able to visit her daily and when I no longer could take care of him, he moved in with my mother for 6 months. The staff was so loving and supportive and our family appreciates how our parents were able to live together until my dad needed more physical care. My mother continues to live at Claremont Place in the Generations Memory Care Wing and I have peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of” – Lori, daughter of resident

“Mom became ill and ended up in a rehab center for 5 months. Dad made daily visits, which were tiring for him and he was not eating a balanced diet. He became ill and lost weight. After a stay in the hospital, he too was admitted to the rehab center. Both parents realized they could no longer manage at home and were in need of a facility that could care for them and where they could still maintain their dignity. Their children located a facility that was in close proximity to their family and friends. After a short stay, it became apparent that the facility was not adequate to meet their needs. We began looking again. A close friend recommended Claremont Place. On my first visit, I felt at home. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to show me around. On my second visit, I brought mom and dad. They both fell in love with the facility and staff. They both moved in and not only enjoy Claremont Place, they now call it home. All of the staff go out of their way to make mom and dad feel at home.” – The "R" family

“The facilities at Claremont Place are immaculate and maintained in excellent condition. The food is incredible; when my mom moved in she was 92 pounds and is now weighing in at 120. The activities are various and engaging for the residents. But the most important factor in deciding on a place for your loved one should be the people working there. Carol, the Executive Director has assembled a staff of truly outstanding and caring individuals with whom I feel completely confident in. I haven’t regretted the decision to move my mother there for a moment. Thank you Claremont Place for providing my mom a beautiful , safe and caring environment” – Gary, son of resident

“Claremont Place saved my marriage! My husband retired in 2007 and bought his long-desired motor home. He was looking forward to us traveling and enjoying life. My widowed mother had reached the point physically and mentally that I felt very uncomfortable leaving her alone in her large home for days at a time. I refused to put her in a place that looked like an institution. Then we found Claremont Place. Now I can please my husband knowing my mom is in a safe, friendly environment. She has a lovely room, surrounded by her favorite things. I can travel and have peace knowing all her needs are being met by an excellent staff.” – Sally, daughter of resident

“On behalf of my wife, my brothers & sisters and myself I want to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful care our father receives at Claremont Place. He’s loved living there from the first day he moved in, and constantly raves about the great people, the terrific food in the dining room and the overall lifestyle he experiences. I’ve found everyone I encountered to be warm, friendly and upbeat. This is exactly what dad needs, being the gregarious, people-loving man he is. He is socially fulfilled, and feels well taken care of. We couldn’t be more pleased.” – Patrick, son of resident
